Draft: the business name and retention period still need to be filled in before this notice is final.

Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you give us when you request a check from Infraredtiming.

What we collect

When you use our form: your website address and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your name, platform, PHP version and how many items you ticked in the checklist. We also record the date and time and which page you used. If you book a call, Google Calendar handles that booking and shares your name, email and answers with us.

Why we use it

Only to look at the website you asked about, reply to you, and, if you agree, carry out the work. We don't sell your details or add you to a marketing list.

What the check involves

A free check looks only at information your website openly makes public, the same way a browser does. We don't attempt to log in, exploit or test for the vulnerability without your written permission.

Where it's kept

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare and copied to our email inbox. Our hosting provider processes normal connection information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect this website.

How long we keep it

[Retention period to be set]. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
